What is Street Workout?

Street Workout is the modern name for bodyweight fitness/calisthenics in outdoor parks.

Some popular exercises are Pull-ups, Push-ups, Dips, Muscle-Ups, Sit-Ups, Squats, etc… Street workout also involves some static holds from gymnastics like the Front lever, Back lever, and Planche for example.

Street workout is becoming extremely popular among younger generations, it’s very attractive and completely free! Part of it’s popularity comes from the ability to build a great physique while having fun; and the other part is that it promotes a healthy and sociable lifestyle.

Calisthenics has existed for thousands of years. Recently it has regained popularity and become an official sport (Street Workout) with world championship competitions being organized by our partners: Kenguru Pro. & World Street Workout Calisthenics Federation
